About

StudioErrante Architetture is a group of architects devoted to constant experimentation in urban and architectural research. Sarah Becchio (1986) and Paolo Borghino (1981) founded the practice in 2010. They graduated from the Politecnico di Torino and further pursued academic and professional experiences abroad (in Denmark, the Netherlands, France, Spain). The project "Wood and the Dog" (Paesana, Cuneo, 2013) was published in important architecture magazines, mentioned at the MAXXI (Rome) for the "Young talent in Italian architecture" Award 2013, and also selected for the 14th Venice Biennale, Italian Pavilion, "Paesaggi Contemporanei" section. StudioErrante Architetture's video "Wood and the Dog" narrates the profound interest of the firm in working on the existing territory with the awareness of an inner connection between the architectural project and the preservation and development of the environmental and landscape heritage. At the 14th Venice Biennale the firm also presented the work "(DE)GROWING PLATFORM", a project about a possible scenario for the area of EXPO2015 (Milan) after the conclusion of the event.
